In case you haven't noticed, I have little categories at the bottom of each post, and they're all listed to the right under "I CLASSIFY". You may also notice that there is no category related to sports.
Now, go to the right (if you so desire) and type "baseball" into the "SEARCH ME, TRY ME" search box.
See how many pages there are? And each page has what, four posts listed? That's just for baseball. And that is why there is no sports-related category.
Baseball is something that gives me more joy in life than just about anything else. I like it better than tending my plants, watching cheesy movies, decorating my apartment, or going shopping (I know!!). I like it just as well as cooking great food, taking naps, and driving with my windows down.
I don't care who's playing--though I'm not gonna lie, I'd rather not watch a University of Virgina game unless they're playing someone awesome and will be ground into warning track dust--I don't care about the score, the level of play, or where I'm viewing it. I just like to watch the game. There's something beautiful about it. It's a complicated game (though the manager in Bull Durham disagrees), but it seems so natural that it feels like it's simple. I suppose it's more intricate than complicated.
Watching a ballgame is one of the easiest things for me to do. Especially when [WHOA the Red Sox general manager is young and HOT! and I know this because they just showed him on television] when the guys look like they do. Though don't you EVER say that I watch the game for the men. That would make me mad. As a man somewhere in the world knows, since I made a biting reply to his comment of that nature at a ballgame one time. Sorry sir, but you joked about the wrong subject with the wrong girl.
I feel the need to tell you that I have no quick and clever conclusion to this post. Goodbye.
