Brandi and I are on our way to Hilton Head and we're stuck in a ridiculous amount of traffic. They've been warning us for miles that the right lane will be closed, but there are still a jillion jerks who keep passing us just so they can get ahead a bit. Brandi keeps getting excited because we'll start moving and she'll go "Oh my gosh please don't get my hopes up..." but of course we stop moments later. The lady behind us is totally on our tail, too.
Ha, and only Brandi would say this: "Alright, we're going 13 mph! That's pretty good if we were in a horse and carriage!"
The culprit of all the stupid traffic and holding us up forEVER? Gutters. They chose 2:30 on a Thursday to make I-95 a one-lane road just so they can improve drainage on a cloudless day.
