It's true. I'm snuggling with a baseball. It's in the crook of my shoulder, and I'm leaning my head against it. I'm so excited about these upcoming games that I can hardly control myself. So serious. Yeah, so let me tell you how I was studying for my soci 111 midterm and I got so excited about baseball that I couldn't concentrate, and so then I got up and ran to get my special home run baseball and I hugged it. Then I snuggled with it. I've been able to concentrate since I did that. Except it's sort of hurting my shoulder. I think my shoulders are tense or something, and the baseball is pressing into the tense muscle. Something like that. I think my shoulders are tense because I sleep tense. Plus I have a little bit of stress right now. I'm dealing with a religious diversity program thing that I have to do, and it's tomorrow night. I have never organized anything like this before. I'm working on it with two other people, and I think it's going to be pretty awesome. I don't know, though--I'm just kind of nervous about it. I don't know how it's going to work out. I want lots of people to come, and I'd love for it to be super-successful, but I'm not sure that it will be. I feel like not that many people are interested in the differences and similarities among different Christian denominations. Maybe they are. I don't know. I mean, it's going to be awesome. I know it is. Well, I don't know that for sure, but I think it will be. We have lots of good questions that we're going to ask the representatives from different denominations, and as long as they give good answers we'll be fine. I guess it will be fine. I think I'm worrying about nothing. I do that every now and then.
Anyway, I have that soci 111 midterm tomorrow at 9:30. I'd better go to bed so I don't have to take double-trouble SunDrop with me to class. Plus I have to be awake early enough to study a bit and pick up a scantron sheet from Student Stores.
Oh, baseball. How I love thee! I can't wait until the game on Wednesday...and then another one on Thursday... and then an awesome weekend of football and family and food...and then another baseball game on Monday! This is going to be one of the best weeks/weekends ever. As soon as this midterm is over. And as soon as I get some food. I'm hungry.
